illegal aliensteve, you obviously have no fershlugging clue what the benifits of cooking with hog fat renderings are. For starters, you're a douchebag scammer. Secondly, it gives all of your cooking that nice shimmer, and makes the whole house smell like bacon!

I would say that olive oil is much better than any other oil for cooking or frying purposes because it is free from fats . It also control cholesterol level as well . Moreover, As it is free from fats so it is for those who really want o reduce over weight . I would suggest people to use olive oil than other oils in frying and cooking .

Macadamia oil has a higher monounsaturated fat content than olive oil. Does that make it "healthier" in regards to the heart-health accolades given to olive oil?

Macadamia oil is also low in Omega-6. I don't know if that's good or bad. Help?

Olive Oil. Period. Anything else would probably be from research by canola oil companies. Remind me to show you later when I can draw pictures of the chemical nature of the oils, and it will become scathingly obvious that olive is the best choice. :)

Canola oil vs olive oil. Which one is the least unhealthy to use for which applications? I was previously under the impression that olive oil was the go-to for all things except frying, but recently glanced at something which suggested canola may be best for heart health. What's the skinny?
