My lease is up. I need a new place to live. Any information regarding renting, or buying is appreciated. No swingers communities.
I have exactly one month to find a place and move.

1. What areas do you want to live in?
2. How big of a place do you need?
3. How much per month do you want to pay?

The world's cheapest 3 bedroom house . . .

I'm guessing the inside is probably on fire.

NOT ROSE PARK.
I prefer the central to southern half of the valley.
2-3 bedrooms. If its a house or duplex, I would prefer a fenced yard.
I cant go higher than $900 month.

That house that Ozzy posted will cost less than $400 per month. I'd seriously consider it if I didn't already have a place. Hell, I'm still considering it!

Less than 400 a month IF you don't have downpayment. With a modest downpayment, I got it down to $250. I need a new house like I need a hole in my head, but that's kinda tempting, even to use as storage space!!!

Bundy: Did you check out that other stuff? You should also check out this stuff.

Ozzy, that might be something worth looking into. Depending on condition, it would potentially make for a sweet pad, a spacious storage unit, or a cash-cow investment.

I also need a cash cow investment like I need a hole in my head. (Ironically, I DID have an emergency CT this week, since they thought I MIGHT have one, but I digress.)

Still, it's tempting. What do you think, Wudda? Wanna do a joint investment? I'd love to build an all purpose studio space. It's too shady a neighborhood to leave music equipment in (unless maybe we can leave someone trustworthy there all the time), but I could have an awesome time using it for various artistic and photography endeavors . . .

Oh, nevermind. Again, I need a house like I need a hole in my head.

THE HAT probably already found ample living space weeks ago, but if not, here's another one, this time in Magna. Don't know if that is considered livable.

Total monthly cost sans downpayment = less than $300. I don't know what's wrong with this one either. I'm guessing that it's got a nasty infestation of anteaters.
