Okay, so you guys don't care because you aren't in Washington, but there is a monthly dragshow at Jake's (a gay bar in Olympia). I heard there are actually more straight people that go to the bar a lot of the nights. I haven't been there yet, but I plan to go to the drag show. It is this Saturday at 7pm. So, if you feel like being a little crazy, fly yourself up to Warshington and go to a drag show with me.

I love watching cars drive in straight lines!!!! Woowoo! I kinda wish I had the money to just up-and-go for stuff like this. I need to figure out how to make myself a bajillionaire -- Tony Stark style, except without all the technosmarts. Speaking of which, if anyone has the time/effort for entrepreneuring there is money to be made by opening a hip late night coffee shop in Bountiful. |

I don't have money to do it, but I would absolutely love to be a coffee-pedlar. It was actually one of my goals for a while, but I gave up on it because I'm not really a fan of the practical logistical crap that goes into running a business. Nyeh. I just want to design it and sit back and enjoy feeding people's addictions (i.e. I would actually want to serve people and all that). My favorite coffee shops have always been the ones where the owners actually serve up the coffee (at least some of the time). My very favorite (which is closed now) was called King's Coffee. For a long time the only employee, besides the owners, was their daughter. I wanted to be them. That just seems way too fabulous. However, I would also like to be able to take days off every once in a while (and I really don't want to deal with the logistical crap). So, that dream is behind the backburner, unlikely to be brought forward again. *sigh* I love Drag Shows. They have one at Jake's the last weekend of every month, so if you decide to come visit me again, you should come up on the last weekend of the month and I will take you to the drag show. I heard (from a drag king) that the show at Jake's is pretty good. And, (s)he seemed pretty picky about drag shows. So, there you have it. You should come up sometime and I will "drag" you to a drag show.
