Sunday: 189.0 :-(

Went to the symphony in the mountains with some people and the social pressure required me to eat cheese crackers and sandwiches. Official weigh-in is tomorrow morning, so I will see what I can do to recover. Still no poop.

On a side note, it is interesting how quickly perceptions change. A week ago I was excited about 189. Now I am pissed at myself that I am 189 right now. I will take after pics tonight. I also might extend the experiment from 4 weeks to 30 days. That will give me 2 extra days to get back in my groove and hopefully drop back to 185. We shall see.

Final weight: 187.1

Not too bad for four weeks, especially considering my diet wasn't really all that restrictive or hardcore, and I only went to the gym 3 days a week (plus some running on off days). If I had stayed hardcore I could have done better, but I am still happy about the results.

Forgot this recipe (maybe): Nally's Turkey Chili + fat free cottage cheese. Fast, convenient, awesome. Kinda high in sodium, so drink plenty of agua.
