Did 4 pull ups today. with a little kipping at the end I actually did 5. I did not weigh myself, but considering yesterday's lunch I doubt I am still in the 180s. We will find out tomorrow.

Had a solid cardio workout for about an hour and a half with some serious hill climbs. I would have lost more, but I ate L&L's to fuel the run, but did not end up needing that much fuel.

Swam 500 yards last night with baggy board shorts; I am rocked. Kept up with the diet. Probably gaining weight because I have not had a good poop since Monday evening.

Even with a poo I cannot get to my Tuesday weight. Looks like I am going to have to implement 2-a-days for friday and saturday to regain the ground.

Friday: 185.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this number is skewed because I got up and went for a wim without eating or drinking anything, whereas I usually weigh in first thing in the morning. That being said, I am still very excited about that number.

Also I did 4.5 pull ups on my wobbly bar last night (which means I could have done 5-6 on a solid bar).

I hope to be 185.0 or lower on Monday morning (the end of the experiment).
