 Post subject: oh crap.

I've been drinking a ton of water for the past week, thanks to Nap's inspiration. Today, I neglected to do so. Instead, I drank whatever whenever convenient.

Here's the run-down

1. Super-caffeinated shake for breakfast
2. Diet Coke for lunch (at Jimmy John's)
3. Iced coffee
4. Diet Coke for dinner
5. Few sips of water out of drinking fountains

Guess who's intestines turned into hardened clay? :oops:

I am in a similar boat. Weekends make diets/habits incredibly difficult.
