I am sure no one cares about my weight, but I needed a place to track it. It iwll not be perfect, since gym days I weigh myself in gym clothes.
Tuesday 3/15: 218.9
Wednesday 3/16: 215.9
Thursday 3/17: 215.3

Tuesday: 210.1 at home. Lost 4 lbs in a day (weighed same time of day on same scale with same amount of clothes (which was none). I know I had an epic coke can yesterday, but DAMN!

Way to go, tough guy. I'm gonna splode on your page too.
Today my initial weigh at the gym was 168.3, and 167.9 when I left. I had a hefty dook on board and I'd just consumed approx 16oz of water (AND CAFFEINE) before going to the gym. I suspect 168 flat is a reasonable measurement of my dead weight.

Monday (3/28): 208.0 at home
Wow, I am down over 6lbs since last Monday. I don't even really feel like I am on a diet. Jsut some workouts and getting rid of the complete crap I eat.
