Anyone up for the challenge? I've already recruited Zackeee, Danno, and Vinny-D. 10,000 air squats in one year. 30 squats per day will put you well over the mark. In fact, that's the major goal. Consistency. I've got 3 sets down so far in 2012. Only 9910 squats left to go! |

Does that mean you're in? It's not too late. So far I'm at 270 squats. Lookin forward to the 10% mark. |
