 Post subject: Swimming.

Well i have been Paleo for 4 months and the changes have been awesome. Although i try to move around and walk for 30 minutes or more a day i also lift twice a week following a modified body for life program and recently started swimming. I try for 30 minutes of swimming once a week, supplemented by lifting twice a week and walking regular with a few sprints thrown in for good measure.
