Post subject:  Weight loss.

Well i have been trying, to loose that last bit of fat for a while now but have not seen any results. I thought i would give you a sample of my daily diet, and tell me what you guys think.
Breakfast: 2 egss with veggies and Mango
Lunch: A bowl of fruit salad
Dinner: Rice, chicken and vegetables.
Any Suggestions so please share here.

Eat more razor blades. Its a great way to cut fat.
