Anyone up for the challenge? I've already recruited Zackeee, Danno, and Vinny-D.
10,000 air squats in one year.
30 squats per day will put you well over the mark. In fact, that's the major goal. Consistency. I've got 3 sets down so far in 2012. Only 9910 squats left to go!

So far I'm at 270 squats. Lookin forward to the 10% mark.

C'mon dude. I got Ozzy to do a set with me. Do a set. Just one. Make sure you go down far enough. You can do it!
