I am coming to the conclusion that my random thoughts in this forum are sorta becoming blog-like. If this is unacceptable, the mod may delete . . .

Oh, wait, I AM the mod. HAHAHAHAHA, SUCKAS!

I came to realize tonight that I've spent the past week being both very happy and very depressed. Simultaneously. Does that make sense?

Oh, and the folk at work gave me a basket of things to do while sick in bed. I LOVE it!!!

That is all that is going on in my life.

How about y'all?

Hooray for bi-polarism!

Does your insurance cover counseling? Getting to talk to a therapist would be sweet. I've been wanting to do it for years. I went into the University of Utah counselor once. It was a complete waste of time, but they pointed me in a lesser-waste-of-time direction that I never followed up with.

What's buggin ya, egghead? :)

Things going on in my life:
1. I'm getting really discouraged about my fitness stuff. Two years ago I determined I'd get into sub-10% bodyfat. Since then I haven't been able to commit. I always have tons of life excuses, but the fact of the matter is that I just can't seem to prioritize it the way I want to. I understand that nobody else has my health/fitness in mind when they ask me to do stuff and that it's my responsibility to just say "no"... but man, it sucks.

2. Father's Day planning. I haven't done any. Thank God my sister is always on top of this sort of thing. Did we decide on what we were doing? Was it food-related? My memory blows. Text me sometime again?

3. Car. My car needs attention but I never give it the attention it needs. I should just buy the part it needs, but several unplanned expenses have come up so I've been busy tending to those instead.

4. Capture the Flag. It's back in action. I'm stoked that we're doing it. And I'm blown away at how winded I get after 30 seconds of sprinting.

5. Church. Practically gone in light of other life stuff. It ultimately feels like I just suck at prioritizing my life, but it's the easiest thing to drop. I love the people in the church. It's another huge conflict-bummer thing.

6. Pee. Oh man. I drank too much water. I really must do this. PRONTO.

I have ativan. Did someone need ativan?

Oh, wait, it's ILLEGAL to share my ativan?

Oh, in that case . . . I have Motrin. Delicious, delicious Motrin.
